dōma opened its doors in 2022 with a simple idea: bring the soul of Southern Italian cooking to one of Miami's most vibrant neighborhoods. The name means "home" in Italian — and that warmth is the thread running through everything we do.
Our chef spent years traveling between Campania, Puglia, and Sicily — collecting recipes, techniques, and a deep appreciation for the rituals of the Italian table. Back in Miami, he shaped that knowledge into a menu that is at once rooted in tradition and entirely itself.
We believe dinner is not just about food. It's about slowing down, sharing something good, and feeling, for a moment, completely at home.
