Guests can begin their culinary journey with elegant raw selections such as the Gamberi Rossi Carpaccio with crème fraîche, lemon, raspberry dust, and blueberry gel, or the refreshing Yellowfin Tuna Tartare featuring avocado, mango, seaweed, and orange caviar.
